We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our dynamic Architecture team. The ideal candidate will support the development and execution of innovative, functional, and sustainable design solutions across various building typologies. Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:
- Assist in the development of conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs under the guidance of senior architects and design leads.
- Prepare architectural drawings, presentations, and 3D visualizations using tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar software.
- Participate in site analysis, feasibility studies, and design research to support early-stage project planning.
- Ensure designs align with project requirements, regulatory standards, and client expectations.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, and interior design to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Support in the preparation of design documentation, BOQs, technical specifications, and tender documents.
- Contribute to design review sessions and incorporate feedback into ongoing work.
- Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, and sustainable practices to bring fresh perspectives to design discussions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 3–6 years of professional experience in architectural design.
- Solid portfolio showcasing design development skills and contributions to built or in-progress projects.
- Familiarity with building codes, construction methods, and design coordination practices.
- Previous experience in a consultancy or multidisciplinary firm is preferred.
Language Proficiency Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required
Knowledge and Functional Competencies:
- Proficient in architectural design tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic understanding of BIM workflows and digital collaboration tools.
- Sound knowledge of architectural design principles, building systems, and construction detailing.
- Awareness of local and international building codes, accessibility standards, and zoning regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Good time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines and support multiple assignments.
- Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and contribute positively to a team-oriented culture.
