Reporting as solid line to Administration & Accounting Manager Egypt, deals with all finance related activities such as (and not limited to) General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Tax, as well as optimization processes. The position is based in Cairo.
Key Activities:
Administration & Accounting:
• Supporting accounting functions management, with a focus on Accounts Receivable management (cash collection & allocation and DSO & overdue monitoring) and Tax matters.
• Performing month-end closings and assisting in the preparation of Financial Statements in accordance with Local GAAP and IAS/IFRS.
• Providing data and preparing reports, analyses, and reviews for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support on accounts reconciliation
• Spending control of CAPEX
• Controlling personnel costs and reconciling with the Ariston Corporate HR Department.
• Ensuring adherence to internal procedures and policies.
• Supporting A&A Manager Egypt in internal audit engagements and in the interacting process with external auditors.
• Support in the cash flow reports preparation for local management and for the Ariston Corporate Treasury Department.
• Leading the tax computations process (Payroll, Direct, Indirect, and Deferred) and fulfilling local tax obligations
