We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will cover a diverse product portfolio of clinical solutions for hospitals and a global medical education portfolio for medical universities and nursing schools, specifically for Egypt
Key Responsibilities
- Renewal Management: Take ownership of the end-to-end renewal process for our clinical solutions and medical education products, including managing tenders and national licenses, ensuring timely contract renewals and maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Account Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts by understanding customer needs and aligning our solutions with their strategic objectives, in close collaboration with new sales account managers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals and educational institutions across the Egypt, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure alignment with their business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, customer support, and customer success teams within a matrix organization to enhance the customer experience and drive product improvements based on feedback and insights.
- Account Reviews and Reporting: Collaborate with customer success teams to conduct regular reviews that assess customer satisfaction and usage, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Hands On Customer Training : Support customer training and orientation on national level by building training tours to Universities and Hospitals to ensure full utilization of Elsevier Solutions
