The Opportunity 

As an Administration Officer at MetLife Egypt, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operational functions and ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will contribute to the efficient management of our daily operations, supporting both internal teams and clients.

How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)

 

  • Handling and assigning Administration Service Desk requests.
  • Monitoring & reviewing payment requests before submitting it on expense system.
  • Messengers’ work orders (Checker).
  • Handling MetLife General Insurance Policies renewals & Payments.
  • Iron Mountain Monthly Reconciliation report “Checker”
  • Monitoring Destruction Log update.
  • Handling local travel and accommodations payments.


     

What You Need To Succeed (Required Qualifications)

 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
