Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be overseeing the daily operations of an office, managing facilities, supplies, equipment, and coordinating administrative tasks for the entire team.

How you’ll make an impact            

  • Preparing, organizing and storing information in paper and digital form.
  • Maintaining and ordering office supplies.
  • Monitoring and restocking office supplies
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Managing office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking.
  • Planning and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Taking dictation and minutes and accurately entering data.
  • Producing reports, presentations and briefs.
  • Developing and carrying out an efficient documentation and filing system.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant.
  • 3-5 years in the same field.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • effective communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, time management skills.
  • proficiency in office productivity software.
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures of business operations
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English is required.
