Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for an AI Cybersecurity Specialist for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services.
This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Threat Detection & Response
- Design and implement softwares or AI/ML models to detect anomalies, intrusions, and advanced persistent threats in AI systems.
- Develop automated response mechanisms to mitigate risks in real time using intelligent decision-making frameworks.
- Security Architecture & Risk Assessment
- Collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams to embed security into AI pipelines and infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments for AI systems, ensuring compliance with security standards and data protection regulations.
- Monitoring & Incident Analysis
- Build and maintain monitoring systems to track model behavior, data integrity, and potential adversarial attacks.
- Lead investigations into security incidents involving AI components and contribute to root cause analysis and remediation strategies.
- Governance & Compliance
- Define and enforce security policies for AI development and deployment, including model explainability, auditability, and access control.
- Stay current with evolving cybersecurity threats and AI-specific vulnerabilities, and proactively update defense strategies.
- Collaboration & Enablement
- Partner with data scientists, engineers, and security teams to promote secure AI development practices.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing on AI security best practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles, with at least 3 years of experience focused on AI/ML Systems
- Proven experience in securing AI pipelines, conducting threat modeling, and responding to AI-related incidents.
- Strong expertise in cybersecurity principles, threat detection, and incident response.
- Proficient in Python and familiar with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and or C/C++
- Experience with security tools (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners) and cloud-native security services.
- Knowledge of adversarial machine learning, model hardening, and secure MLOps practices.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR) and secure coding standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in Qatari Arabic & English, both spoken and written.
