Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI solutions leveraging LLMs to solve real-world challenges.
• Develop and fine-tune models using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.
• Work on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and integrate vector databases such as ChromaDB or Azure AI Search.
• Implement robust software development practices for AI projects, ensuring code quality, scalability, documentation, and maintainability.
• Conduct experiments to improve AI performance and scalability in production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in GenAI, machine learning, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in Python with experience in ML libraries like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Familiarity with GenAI, LLMs, and chatbot development tools.
• Knowledge of open-source LLM models and fine-tuning techniques (e.g., LoRA).
• Experience in RAG architectures and vector databases.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) and basic CI/CD principles.
• Experience with on-premises AI solution deployment in production environments is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficient in English.
