- Coordinate with sales team, agents & Aramex offices to ensure all RFQ’s are answered & ensure to achieve their target.
- Communicate to sales, agents & Aramex offices for any new offers and/or promotions that customers can benefit from.
- Approach & negotiate with overseas offices & agents for reduced cost
- Up-load all quotations on system.
- Follow day to day shipments with overseas agents & customer.
- Follow the payment flow to overseas agents n case any delays or discrepancies.
- Interfere with accounting team to facilitate any payment issues
- Follow the files closing closely with invoicing & settle the cases showing losses or agents debates.
Job Requirements - Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics field will be preferable.
- 1–2 years relevant working experience freight forwarder preferably in import Air freight Sector
- Good working knowledge in MS Office applications, especially MS Word and MS Excel. Knowledge in MS Access is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel intermediates to advance formulas and macros.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong coordination skills among various work groups and with different levels.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
