Role Purpose:

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work closely with the Events Manager to plan, organise, and run ELR events from start to finish. You’ll be coordinating with teams across the business and external partners to make sure everything runs smoothly — before, during, and after each event. From building detailed event plans to keeping everyone in the loop, you'll help ensure the team is fully prepped and ready to deliver a great experience every time.


 


 

Responsibilities:


 


 

Event Planning

  • Coordinate event schedules, asset availability, and planning tools (e.g., Asana).
  • Forecast staffing needs, prepare rotas, and manage internal and agency recruitment.
  • Oversee logistics such as staff transport, meals, uniforms, and supplier coordination.
  • Maintain accurate planning documents, contracts, and pre-event briefings.

 

Event Execution

  • Oversee end-to-end operations during events, including setup, stock, staffing, and supplier delivery.
  • Ensure smooth logistical flow, compliance with legal requirements, and stakeholder communication.
  • Supervise all on-site activities in alignment with event objectives and timelines.
