Customer Development Executive (CDE) at Nestlé – particularly within Nestlé Professional or the Starbucks channel – plays a key role in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Develop and manage relationships with B2B customers (e.g., restaurants, hotels).
- Conduct regular audits of customer locations to ensure brand compliance, product quality and availability to align with Nestle Starbucks standards
- Identify new business opportunities and drive product placements (Starbucks at Nestlé solutions).
- Execute field sales activities, promotions, and activation plans.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
What will make you successful…
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer development (FMCG/HORECA preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Field-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
- Valid driving license.
