Key Outputs
New Product development: • Prepare/Conduct Kitchen trial recipes and tasting. • Monitor Keeping Quality Test study • Participate/Conducts industrial trials and validates process parameters. • Participate in developing new/alternative raw and packaging materials and specifications. • In-charge of the AG kitchen. • Prepare samples parcel for PTC and other Nestle factory requirements and request. • Support AG Manager on project development. • Execute AG Manager assigned task.
Process: • Support AG specialist in production line trials. • Coordinate with other department in preparation of production line trials. • Participate with production FI projects.
Recipe management • In charge with kitchen trial recipe preparation • Support AG specialist in recipe development • Participate in developing new/alternative raw and packaging materials and specifications. • Lead AG SAP, SAP-RM , F@1,CAT activities and SAP superuser.
