We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Outlet Manager to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant, maintaining high standards of service, and contributing to our customers' satisfaction.
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with established objectives and standards
- Collaborate with the Outlet Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency
- Motivate, train, and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment
- Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction
- Oversee food and beverage quality, regularly inspecting products and presentation
- Implement and maintain training programs to enhance staff professionalism and product knowledge
- Assist in scheduling employees to maintain service standards while adhering to budgeted labor costs
- Conduct daily briefings and ensure staff adherence to grooming standards
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Stewarding, Housekeeping, Engineering) to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment functionality
- Assist in inventory management and cost control measures
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a guest database, recording preferences of regular patrons
- Participate in the creation and implementation of marketing initiatives to drive restaurant traffic and revenue
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record in restaurant operations and customer service excellence
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
