 Backend Development & Architecture:

Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, reliable, and secure backend systems that power InGame's mobile app and website.

Ensure the seamless integration of APIs, databases, and external services into InGame’s backend architecture.

Implement best practices in system architecture, database management, and security protocols.

Optimize backend processes to ensure high performance, low latency, and scalability, accommodating growing user demands.

Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

Collaborate with frontend, mobile, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth integration between backend services and other system components.

Work closely with product managers, architects, and UI/UX designers to define and prioritize backend features, technical requirements, and system improvements.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, providing clear updates and facilitating communication across teams to ensure alignment.

System Security & Performance:

Ensure high standards of security and data privacy by implementing encryption, access controls, and other security best practices.

Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of backend services, using tools and metrics to identify and resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies.

Proactively identify potential risks to system stability or security and address them before they become critical issues.
