• Handson experience in Telco domain with BSS/OSS.
• Work directly with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Support the preparation of business cases, feasibility studies, and impact assessments
• Assist in tracking key performance metrics and identifying areas for process improvement
• Facilitate effective communication between business and delivery teams to ensure alignment
• Participate in governance reviews, status reporting, and project health tracking
• Support resource planning, onboarding, and administrative coordination across teams
• Contribute to the maintenance of compliance and documentation standards
