• Develop and update the business continuity plan as needed to include business impact analysis and alternative work locations in the event of pandemics and emergencies.
• Assist in developing and continuously updating business continuity plan policies,standards, procedures, and documents.
• Develop and lead awareness sessions with business unit employees to ensure a proper understanding of roles and responsibilities among all employees.
• Conduct field audits to ensure ISO 22301 standards are implemented across all branches.
• Manage the development of comprehensive technology recovery plans with the IT,
infrastructure, network, applications, and information security teams.
Job Requirements:
• A suitable higher education qualification, preferably in English Commerce or Economics and Political Science.
• At least two years of relevant practical experience in banking and/or companies engaged in financing activities operational risk.
• Solid understanding of business continuity frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301, BCI Good Practice Guidelines).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex scenarios and propose actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
