Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Federal Consulting Treasury and Finance team. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our treasury and financial solutions to corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial instruments, cash management, liquidity solutions, and risk management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the treasury and finance domain.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, and Finance Directors.
  • Promote and sell treasury products such as cash management, liquidity solutions, FX risk management, and investment services.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Risk, Legal, Compliance) to tailor solutions for clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular reporting on progress and forecasts.
