What You’ll Do

  • Proactively identify and qualify high-potential leads that align with our target markets.
  • Establish strong initial contact and book discovery meetings with prospective clients.
  • Build strategic partnerships that can evolve into long-term relationships.
  • Conduct research and outreach efforts through professional networks, events, and targeted prospecting.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment with business strategy.
  • Track lead quality and engagement using HubSpot CRM.


 

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or partnership building.
  • Proven ability to generate qualified B2B leads and schedule discovery meetings.
  • Perfect verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong networking capabilities and a proactive mindset—you thrive in outreach, not waiting for inbound.
  • Experience working with U.S. clients and a deep understanding of U.S. business dynamics.
  • Self-driven and highly organized, especially in a remote-first environment.
  • Industry experience in manufacturing, construction, logistics, or trades is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
