Leading continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational efficiency within our automotive organization. This role is central to identifying performance gaps, optimizing processes, and promoting a culture of excellence across all departments. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Lean Six Sigma, quality management systems, and cross-functional leadership, with a deep understanding of the automotive industry's regulatory and operational landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of business excellence strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate process mapping, root cause analysis, and standardization across business units.
- Develop and manage quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, supply chain, sales, etc.) to implement best practices and process enhancements.
- Lead internal audits and readiness assessments to ensure process integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Champion a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement through training, coaching, and change management initiatives.
- Prepare and present performance reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
