In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain a highly effective sales channel strategy for a specified market (regional) to improve ABB’s market penetration and achieve its growth aspirations. Each day, you will plan and ensure the execution of the business area/division sales strategy to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets for the assigned channel in a profitable way with a focus on orders, revenues, growth, margin, margin, margin, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by leading, developing, and coaching the related Channel Sales organization.

This role is contributing to the {Global Partner Business/Process Automation/Sales} in {Cairo, Egypt}.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Channel Strategy & Performance Management: Implement and drive the regional channel sales strategy to improve ABB’s market penetration and growth. Conduct annual performance assessments and forecasting for partners. Achieve key targets (volume, prices, mix), report progress against plans and budgets, and analyze channel activity to solve problems.
- Partner Identification & Relationship Building: Identify, evaluate, and appoint channel partners per ABB standards (including digital and excitation), in collaboration with the Sales Director. Implement ABB global Partner Program policies and standards (e.g., due diligence, segmentation, cybersecurity). Build strategic partnerships and strong relationships with partners, customers, and decision-makers.
- Sales Contribution & Negotiation: Independently contribute to sales negotiations and frame agreements. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to execute activities involving channel/segment partners.
- Communication, Promotion & Training: Ensure appropriate communication, promotion, and training activities for channel partners. Implement planned activities in the channel/segment to support engagement and performance.
