Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s Degree .
• Proven experience up to 3 Years in debt collection or a related field .
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

Knowledge of debt collection and recovery processes

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work with individuals and companies in arrears

Experience with data management and reporting

Ability to analyse financial information and make informed decisions

Familiarity with legal procedures and regulations related to debt recovery

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and under pressure
