Join our Smart Infrastructure Buildings division as Commercial Project Manager and help us re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a smarter place for tomorrow.


 

Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!

• Financial planning, controlling and reporting of projects and contracts KPIs.

• Contract & Claim management with clients and subcontractors

• Driving & monitoring of project KPIs (Revenues, Cashflows, Billing Plans etc.)

• Analyzing ongoing project calculation and plan vs actual deviations

• Ensuring timely cleanup of balance sheet and aging commitments costs

• Evaluation of Risks & Opportunities, risk mitigations and reporting

• Monitoring and evaluation of plan, actual & committed costs, and identification & corrections of discrepancies

• Processing of purchase orders, sales orders, debit & credit notes, and invoicing in SAP

• Bills verification with reference to agreed terms & conditions

• Maintaining progress & payment records of subcontractors

• Follow up of accounts receivable

• Ensuring compliance of policies & procedure of documentation required for smooth processing of subcontractors' payments

• Coordination with treasury for bonds, guarantees, letter of credits etc

• Planning & monitoring of procurements and equipment shipping schedules


 

Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!

• Minimum Graduation in Accounting, Finance or Relevant Fields

• Minimum 5 Years, Past Siemens experience is a big plus

• Good understanding of IFRS, FRG, Accounting Standards

• Experience in SAP is must

• CPM@Siemens certification is a plus

• Excellent Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Ability to work under high pressure with very close deadlines

• Fluency in English & Arabic
