Raya Trade is currently hiring Consumer Electronics Sales Manager (B2B E-Commerce) with the below responsibilities:
- Carries responsibility for achieving the categories sales objectives in terms of sales volume, value and gross profit margin
- Responsible for seeking sales opportunities and forecast to ensure profit growth and the expansion of CE products
- Acts as the focal point of contact between the assigned sales area and all other departments within the company
- Carries responsibility for building and maintaining long term relationships with key customers in the market
- Obtains market intelligence information and maintains knowledge of competitors’ activities
- Ensures that reporting systems are fully implemented by the sales force and reports are provided to the management on time
- Reviews and analyzes sales reports (based on handheld devices) to develop/ improve potential areas
- Prepares and submits weekly and monthly reports highlighting sales analysis and activities for the Managing Director
- Communicates the Top management's plans and goals to Sales team.
- Carries responsibility for the staffing for the assigned area, as well as the performance appraisal for subordinates
- Identify new business opportunities within the B2B sector and convert leads into active customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (eCommerce, Logistics, Finance, Customer Service) to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor stock levels, product turnover rates, and supply chain efficiency for the assigned category.
