What will you do?
- Lead the selection, implementation, and management of the CRM system to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Ensure data integrity by implementing processes for accurate, consistent, and high-quality CRM data.
- Develop an integrated customer ecosystem combining CRM, digital channels, aftersales, and loyalty programs.
- Design and optimize customer journeys and lifecycle strategies across different segments.
- Leverage CRM data to generate insights on customer behavior, satisfaction, and buying patterns.
- Build advanced segmentation models to support targeted marketing and personalized engagement
- Monitor CRM performance metrics such as NPS, churn, and engagement to guide improvements.
- Collaborate across departments to align CRM workflows with sales, marketing, and customer support needs.
- Launch and manage loyalty, referral, and retention programs powered by CRM-driven automation.
- Lead CRM training, drive adoption, and continuously improve based on CX trends and user feedback.
What will you need?
- From 5 to 7 years of experience.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
Technical Skills:
- Solid knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, HubSpot).
- Experience integrating CRM with digital platforms (email, mobile, social, e-commerce).
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering value and experiences, not just transactions.
