Proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and gather business requirements to design effective CRM solutions.
- Customize and configure Dynamics CRM to align with business needs.
- Develop workflows, plug-ins, and integrations using Dynamics 365 tools.
- Collaborate with functional teams to enhance CRM processes and ensure smooth implementations.
- Deliver training, documentation, and support to end users.
- Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Stay updated on new Dynamics CRM features and suggest improvements.
- Travel internationally, with a primary focus on KSA, for project execution and client interaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience with CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Proficiency in customizing and configuring CRM tools, including workflows and integrations.
- Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally for business needs.
