Role Overview: Customer Service & Administration
We are continuously seeking talented individuals to join our Customer Service and Administration teams. These roles are pivotal to our operations, ensuring smooth customer interactions, efficient administrative processes, and overall business support. Successful candidates will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities (General, may vary by specific role) :
Customer Service:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information regarding products, services, and accounts.
- Process orders, manage customer complaints, and ensure timely and effective follow-up.
- Maintain accurate customer records and contribute to a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and other departments to address customer needs.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Administration:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and presentation preparation.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office supplies.
- Support internal communication efforts and ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or a similar role (experience level will be considered for specific opportunities).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM software or ERP systems is a plus.
