Visa is seeking a passionate marketing specialist to support media functions in driving performance and insights across paid, earned, and owned media channels. This role involves optimize media campaigns, analyzing data, creating strategies, and collaborating with various teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in media planning and execution, data analysis, and cross-functional teamwork.
The position is located in Cairo, Egypt and will report to the CEMEA Media Manager, contributing to the overall success of Visa's marketing initiatives.
Performance Measurement: Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance across digital media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic). Ensure that all metrics are accurately captured and reported, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations for campaign adjustments.
Data Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain regular and ad hoc performance reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Google Data Studio, Looker, or Power BI. Interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights for stakeholders.
Tagging & Implementation: Support event tagging strategies (e.g., GA4, Floodlight, GTM) to ensure accurate campaign tracking and attribution. Setting up and maintaining tracking mechanisms to ensure precise data collection and analysis.
Insights & Optimization: Deliver insights that inform media strategy, investment decisions, and ongoing optimization recommendations. Identifying areas of improvement and implementing strategies to enhance campaign performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with media planners, creative teams, and external agencies to ensure data consistency and integrity.
Dashboarding: Design and update dashboards to provide a clear view of KPIs and marketing ROI. Creating user-friendly dashboards that effectively communicate key performance indicators and campaign outcomes.
