As a Digital Manager, you will be responsible for driving all digital marketing & (future) eCommerce activities directed towards JTI brands' equity building, consumer communication/activation, and sales results in relevant digital channels that will support the achievement of JTI B2C and B2B business goals. You will also be responsible for developing and executing Digital Trade Engagement activities in the market, focused on retail digital activation, communication, and engagement. As a center of digital expertise, you will develop and implement initiatives to upscale digital literacy and skills across all functions. You will work in close collaboration with IT, Marketing, Trade, and Legal, fostering smooth processes and communication, as well as accurate budget management.
What will you do
- Lead digital capability building across the organization by sharing best practices, collaborating with HQ, and overseeing digital projects. Drive cross-functional planning and integrate data insights into decision-making, especially within Marketing & Sales
- Collaborate with Legal and C&CA to explore online sales opportunities and consumer data collection. Use digital channels and integrated data to enhance user experience, extract insights, and build conversion-driven strategies targeting adult smokers
- Ensure digital campaigns are effectively tracked and reported. Work closely with the Trade and Marketing teams to boost foot traffic and conversion. Define KPIs, lead data-driven evaluations, and recommend improvements
- Develop the ASP digital strategy by establishing KPIs and implementing tracking tools. Manage budgets and allocate investments to maximize ROI
- Support trade engagement through omnichannel strategies and tools like Connexus. Drive data integration and customer analytics to improve engagement
- Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
- Plan and lead the digital strategy for new RRP product launches, including e-commerce, ensuring alignment and timely execution
