We are currently looking for a Dealer Network Development Supervisor to join our team at Nissan Motor Egypt. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in dealers network expansion, driving sales, and improving customer quality ensuring a strong dealer network which affect the brand representation.
A Day in the Life:
- Ensure the right Implementation of Nissan NRC Next concept on all Nissan Egypt facilities.
- Review all the conceptual drawing/detailed drawing with CPM/Dealers to match the guideline.
- Lead the projects from submission till approval.
- Set and implement regular visits plans to ensure good facilities condition.
- Regular dealers visits to ensure that Nissan facilities are up to standard.
- Manage the dealers` performance through the dealers` evaluation scorecard on monthly basis.
- Ensure good dealer performance management with all functions and secure dealers performance file management (reporting, action plans, notifications, performance letters, etc.)
- Set and implement action plans to enhance the below performance dealers.
- Update the scorecard on regular basis with new KPIs to meet the company objectives.
- Support in Managing dealers` financial performance.
- Prepare the dealers` agreements with all stakeholders.
- Ensure excellent communication channels are developed with all external and internal stakeholders through regular monthly/quarterly meetings and annual dealers’ convention.
Who We’re Looking for:
- B.Sc. degree in (Engineering / Business Administration) or any related field
- 5 years in Automotive industry preferable in Dealer Network Development and sales.
- Good knowledge about profit & loss statements
- MBA is a plus
- Proficient MS office skills specially Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong Strategic thinking skills
- Project management skills
- High communication & negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented
