Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the electrical and instrumentation teams on the construction site.
- Ensure installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems are performed according to project design, specifications, and standards.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and project-specific HSE policies.
- Interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics for the team.
- Collaborate with project engineers, planners, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and optimize work schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, manpower, and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure workmanship meets project standards.
- Provide technical guidance and training to personnel on electrical and instrumentation tasks.
- Assist in procurement and inventory control of electrical and instrumentation materials and tools.
- Support troubleshooting and problem-solving during commissioning and start-up phases.
- Participate in project meetings and report on electrical and instrumentation progress, challenges, and risks.
- Ensure all activities align with client and company policies, including environmental and quality management systems.
