As a Sales Manager you’ll be part of the Life Safety Division for Egypt and East Med Countries based in Cairo, Egypt.
In this role you will be handling the emergency lighting, exit signs and central battery systems in the assigned markets and will report to the Regional Manager - Life Safety Division.
You’ll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, expanding market reach, and fostering strong customer relationships.
This role requires a professional with a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the industry and the ability to achieve committed revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
Develop short term and long-term action plans, designed to ensure Eaton’s target for growth in the assigned territory are met or exceeded.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, industry professionals, and end users to drive business growth opportunities
Ensure timely and accurate quotations to address projects/opportunities in assigned areas.
Actively get involved in tender specification of large projects, drive specifications with consultants, and convert into leads.
Prepare accurate and timely analysis on a monthly, weekly, and quarterly basis to provide management with information relating to Sales results and forecasts.
Effectively supervise the design & Estimation of projects to ensure optimized engineered solution that generates the required profitability.
Liaise with the Local Authorities to ensure relevant certification and local approvals of Eaton products.
Analyze the market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges in the market, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
Provide advice and guidance to management regarding product requirements for the target market with the objective of securing maximum market share and sustainable growth.
Undertake Distributors management to ensure customer satisfaction and the outgoing serviceability of safety critical equipment.
Regular Account Management and appoint new partners/re-sellers as applicable to maximize Eaton market share.
Collaborate with other Eaton divisions to support and deliver cross selling within the assigned territory.
Utilize consultative style to evaluate the life safety packaging opportunity, processes and potential gaps.
Identify solutions that incorporate the appropriate Eaton product line/technology.
Work collaboratively through a strong network of Contractors to increase Eaton market share in the assigned territories.
