The Employee Life Cycle Associate Manager will act as back up for the Onboarding Head in all tasks & issues related to onboarding, will be also assisting team members with questions and escalations, Managing the work assignments allocation of onboarding function for UAE all Non-Retail Operating Companies. Will handle periodical review of all onboarding operations with the respective stakeholders.
ROLE PROFILE
- Supervises the Onboarding team of UAE.
- Works closely on allocating onboarding tickets among a team of onboarding officers.
- Analyses current systems issues to figure out operational gaps & initiate corrective recommendations that lead to a smooth onboarding process.
- Acts as a first point of escalation and acts towards solving all issues and turning the negatives experience into a positive one.
- Conducts quality checks on the onboarding team to make sure that they are following the policies and procedures through checking random samples & running system reports.
- Assists the Employee Life Cycle tower lead & Onboarding Manager in drafting onboarding processes.
- Provides coaching and timely feedback to the team.
- Ensures the team members comply with MAF values, ethics, policies & procedures.
