Install and configure laptops to support the onboarding process of the new employees.
Handle the on-boarding process in terms of delivering IT equipment, collecting relevant documentation, and giving IT induction when required.
Provide IT support for all related issues in domains of hardware (laptops, Printers, smartphones (iPhone\Android) and software (Windows 10, Google Suite and in-house applications).
Provide remote or on-site IT support for ETIC staff;
Perform IT assets management activities in terms of registration, assignment, and recycling of IT assets over the relevant systems.
Provide on site support for meeting rooms and video conferences.
Work with firmwide IT teams to manage local IT operations to ensure the IT systems are operating reliably, and IT requests are being handled through the right channels;
Work with firmwide IT teams to assess technical and operational requirements of business solutions, and implement / test system solutions;
Responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of quality IT service to ETIC staff;
What we are looking for:
