Job Summary

Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced financial environment and is passionate about numbers. The successful candidate will play a role in supporting fund-related activities.

Office Location: Smart Village, Giza

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to manage administrative processes involving external fund administrators, banks, auditors, and other third parties.
  • Prepare and review payment instructions for investments, capital calls, fund transfers, and related activities.
  • Reconcile multiple bank accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve variances efficiently.
  • Coordinate and monitor the timely execution of fund-related transactions.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and secure storage of all records.
  • Support other team members as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Up to 3 years experience in auditing, accounting, or controlling within financial services or investment environments.
  • Understanding of investment processes, financial products, and fund accounting principles will be a plus.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology tools and platforms.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality, with the ability to manage confidential information with integrity and maturity.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
