We’re looking for a results-driven Fleet Sales Executive to promote and sell new vehicle models to corporate and fleet clients. Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Lead Management
Welcome and interact with fleet and corporate clients to understand their business needs.
Respond to all assigned leads within the first hour to ensure timely follow-up and maximize conversion opportunities.
Schedule meetings with potential fleet customers and maintain strong client relationships.
Sales Presentations & Promotion
Deliver professional sales presentations highlighting vehicle features, advantages, and benefits (FAB).
Promote value-added brand services and suggest optional accessories tailored to client requirements.
Organize and lead outdoor test drives and on-site vehicle demonstrations for corporate clients.
Sales Process & Documentation
Ensure accurate collection of customer documentation to enable seamless deal closure and timely invoicing.
Maintain detailed records of customer demographics, sales orders, and interactions in digital or written format.
Coordinate closely with the delivery specialist to oversee the delivery process.
Sales Targets & Business Development
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly fleet sales targets as assigned.
Proactively identify and approach potential fleet clients to generate new business.
Manage booking follow-ups and delivery coordination to enhance customer experience.
Knowledge & Continuous Improvement
Stay up to date with new vehicle models, especially electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, and sustainability benefits.
Attend internal training sessions and team meetings to maintain product knowledge and stay aligned with company policies.
Perform additional duties or special assignments as directed to support sales operations.
