Flooring Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Flooring Sales Manager to join our Decorative Projects sales department and take charge of our flooring sales team. In this role, you will expand Jotun’s footprint in the flooring segment. 
The role involves securing new projects, managing ongoing ones, and building strong client relationships. Success in this role requires strong market insight, strategic thinking, and a results-driven approach.

This position will be based in the head office in New Cairo and will report to the Decorative Projects Sales Manager.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets by identifying and securing new flooring projects, following up on ongoing ones, and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
  • Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities, understand market trends, and position Jotun’s products effectively in the market.
  • Manage flooring sales team to achieve the department overall KPIs
  • Manage project execution from securing orders to material delivery, ensuring application meets Jotun’s technical standards for a Fully Active Reference (FAR).
  • Support and train applicators and contractors, build loyalty within the Jotun network, and organize seminars and customized training for stakeholders.
  • Use CRM tools to prioritize leads, track customer/project data, collaborate with internal teams, and submit accurate sales forecasts and reports.
