The Sales Executive will be responsible for providing clients with the products and service required, as well as maintaining good relationships with existing clients. The role holder will also be handling clients complains, concerns and escalate the same to the Business Development Manager.
ROLE PROFILE
- Introduce and recommend products to clients, ensuring sales align with margin expectations.
- Act as a key contact between the company and existing/potential clients.
- Maintain and sustain excellent partnerships with all clients through regular communication and relationship-building activities.
- Collaborate closely with sales coordinators to ensure high levels of customer service and seamless order processing.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients to expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for product promotion and sales growth.
- Provide regular feedback to the product development team based on customer input and market trends.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of products.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or management or marketing.
- 3+ years’ experience in Food Service, dealing specifically with HORECA Channel.
- First rate communication skills.
- Computer proficiency: - MS Office.
