We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team and spearhead the development of our next-generation educational technology platform. As a vital member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining a secure, scalable backend infrastructure that supports real-time interactions, analytics, and adaptive user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and development of a robust, scalable backend architecture supporting interactive learning modules, analytics, and automation features.  

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate requirements into technical solutions.  

- Implement secure APIs and integrations to facilitate seamless data flow and real-time updates.  

- Oversee frontend development to ensure responsive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance engagement.  

- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.  

- Optimize platform performance and scalability to support growth and high user concurrency.  

- Stay updated with the latest trends in EdTech, SaaS, AI, and full-stack development to continuously improve the platform.

What We're Looking For:

- 4+ years of proven experience with Laravel in production environments.  

- Strong proficiency in full-stack development, including JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js, etc.), and backend technologies.  

- Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, data-driven applications, or AI-powered platforms.  

- Deep understanding of interactive learning systems, automated assessments, and adaptive content delivery.
