What You´ll Do
- Responsible for the preparations & implementation of Standard & Ad-hoc Surveys (end to end process) for Henkel
- Internal & External Stakeholders on a global level
- Participate in setting-up yearly plan/timeline
- Provide recommendations to stakeholders regarding the format, scale & order of questions
- Align with stakeholders on the final list of questions
- Create an efficient reporting system
- Consolidate raw data and create graphs for closed ended questions
- Administer and develop surveys on Henkel's standard tool
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant study
- A maximum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Fluent English speaker
- Proficient user of MS Office applications
- Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
