Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Support the HR, Legal and Compliance Executives and their team members by providing high level administrative support.
- Organize and maintain diaries and schedules complex appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, trainings, and other communication sessions including setup and support with regards to necessary preparation for those meetings (agenda, reserve conference rooms and equipment and coordinate catering services)
- Prepare presentations (including training), reports, statistical charts, and briefings.
- Coordinate and establish all travel arrangements (hotels, flights, etc.), reconciling travel and expense reports.
- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing etc.
- Assist in integration of new office technologies and systems as appropriate.
- Completes, collects, and checks documents for completeness according to given criteria.
- Consolidates data from various sources in single presentations and documents.
- Maintains confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information.
