What You’ll Do

The HR Transformation Programme Lead will spearhead the end-to-end delivery of the VOIS HR Reimagined programme, ensuring seamless coordination across strategic workstreams and initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving the transformation of HR into a proactive, insight-led enabler of VOIS’s commercial growth.

You will be responsible for orchestrating programme planning, execution, and change and comms management, ensuring alignment with the business vision and measurable outcomes / KPIs. You will partner and support the Senior Transformation to deliver the vision and programme outcomes. This will include close working with workstream leads (VOIS HR LT), delivery squads across Centres of Excellence, Operations, and HR Services, to drive cross-functional collaboration and delivery of scalable, data-driven people solutions that unlock performance, optimise cost, and elevate the employee experience.

As a visible transformation leader, you will:

 

• Champion agile ways of working and foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement
• Drive strategic change, communications and stakeholder engagement across the Programme and VOIS to embed the transformation
• Ensure delivery excellence through structured governance, risk management, and milestone tracking and measurable impact through impact success measures and KPIs
• Act as a catalyst for capability building, digital enablement, and behaviour changes which enables employee experience shifts including championing the use of AI / GenAI and Automation
