2. Course Production & Video Supervision
Attend and supervise live training sessions and pre-recorded shoots to ensure content quality.
Review and provide feedback on recorded sessions before final editing.
Collaborate with video editors to ensure engaging and professional video production.
3. LMS Management & Content Upload
Upload and structure courses on the Learning Management System (LMS).
Ensure seamless access, correct course organization, and a user-friendly experience for students.
4. Student Engagement & Live Session Moderation
Track student progress and respond to queries regarding course materials.
Conduct live Q&A sessions, Excel sheet training sessions, and student follow-ups.
Moderate and facilitate live online lectures, ensuring smooth delivery.
5. Course Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
Gather student feedback and suggest improvements for future courses.
Work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and designers to enhance course quality.
Keep updated with e-learning trends and financial education best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications
Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken) is a must.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Education, or a related field.
Experience in e-learning, instructional design, or course development.
Familiarity with LMS platforms, online course creation, and video-based learning.
Workshop, Research, Content Development in Arabic.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
