This is an exciting opportunity to work across Vodafone Group, interacting with multiple operating companies and Group functions, developing a deep understanding of Vodafone Intercompany flows, the VOIS business and financial mechanisms. Closely cooperating with tax specialists and legal teams to ensure our charges adhere to OECD Transfer Pricing guidelines, follow financial guidelines, and align with the correct governance. The role has full financial accountability for Opex and Recoveries related to VOIS service charges and VOIS costs together with ownership of processes and models aimed at calculating commercial charges to Local Markets and Group entities.

This role also acts as an advisory role for the benefit of Group Function and Local Markets, with the objective to help VOIS customers understand their billing and charging queries.
o Support VOIS intercompany governance process, to ensure it is correctly applied, including preparation, management and documentation, ensuring all relevant intercompany flows are correct and aligned and communicating to service recipients
o Continuous customer recipient support manager, liaising and developing relationships with VOIS customers finance community to facilitate their query management. Working with VOIS finance teams to track and resolve issues, ensure customer feedback is fed into internal working practices for continuous customer service improvement
o Support in establishing reporting that will provide regular insight and transparency to all stakeholders, in particular external VOIS stakeholders.
o Support intercompany billing process to check, track and maintain data that comes from VOIS FBPs is fed into the Ico billing team appropriately
o Support delivering VOIS’s transformation by driving process improvement initiatives, ensure robust controls are implemented, while continuously exploring simplification and automation.
• Ability to establish positive, effective, and cooperative working relationships with multiple stakeholders, including non-financial communities
• Ability to manage / analyse large amounts of data and multiple quantitative / qualitative information sources, making clear and meaningful recommendations to drive decisions and MSOffice operations skills
• Strong financial background, with understanding of financial processes and systems
• Managing changing environment – can adapt quickly, shares ideas & accepts suggestions, problem solving
• Manage multiple deliverables and (re) prioritise and adapt workload in a constantly changing environment under tough deadlines. Ability to work under pressure
