IT Business Application QA

Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed test plans and test cases.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) on business applications.
Document and track defects using bug tracking tools .
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve application quality.
Ensure test coverage aligns with business and technical requirements.
Maintain comprehensive QA documentation including test scripts, results, and audit trails.
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and agile ceremonies.
Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements and automation opportunities.
Ensure compliance with internal QA standards and external regulatory requirements.

Qualification And Certificates

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience And Knowledge

1:3 years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in business applications.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
Familiarity with SQL and data validation techniques.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
