Job Description
 

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative IT Manager to join our team in the beautiful City Hotel. As a key member of our organization, you will report to the GM and assist in overseeing all aspects of our IT operations, ensuring seamless technology integration, and driving digital transformation initiatives.

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud-based systems
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Ensure the security and integrity of company data through robust cybersecurity measures
• Oversee IT project management, from planning to execution and evaluation
• Collaborate with department heads to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices
• Monitor and control IT budgets and expenses
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization
• Provide technical support and problem-solving for critical issues
• Ensure compliance with relevant IT regulations and standards
