Monitors and maintains the computer systems and networks across the organization and provides support to end users in case of any technical issues.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Handles tickets, incidents, or requests on any issues from end users’ sides.
- Handles calls in case of any urgent incidents.
- Manages hardware maintenance or replacement.
- Acts as the representative within the company for any telecommunications services for employees such as providing them with SIM cards and managing any telecommunications issues.
- Reviews invoices for SIM card support.
- Handles patch compliance i.e. the process of deploying software updates on all devices in company to resolve any cyber-security vulnerabilities.
- Extracts reports on all IT assets in the warehouse and ensures that the data is accurate in case of external or internal audits.
- Develops Power BI dashboards and reports as requested.
