Architectural Design & Planning: Assist in developing layouts, elevations, and basic architectural drawings for residential and commercial projects.

BIM Modeling & Documentation: Support in building and managing Revit models, producing accurate and coordinated drawings under the supervision of senior team members.

Technical Drawings: Prepare and update architectural sheets and drawing sets based on project specifications.

Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to office BIM standards, drawing conventions, and applicable codes under guidance.

Client & Team Coordination: Collaborate with team members across disciplines and attend coordination meetings as required.

Industry Learning: Stay updated with BIM trends, tools, and new workflows in architectural design.

Support & Learning: Participate in training sessions, receive mentorship from senior architects, and assist with design workshops.

Collaboration: Work closely with other professionals to ensure design intent and model coordination are maintained throughout the project.

🔴 Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

Experience: 0–1 year of professional experience or relevant internships in architectural BIM.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with Revit is required. Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Navisworks is a plus.

Team Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
