The tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Checking of Sales Invoices - Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
- Checking & recording of purchase & overhead invoice
- Recording of receipts and payments
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Reconciliation of customers & supplier ledgers
- Managing day-to-day transactions
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
- Assisting with month-end, quarter-end and year-end tasks
- Assist with other accounting projects
- Prepare inter-company reconciliation
- Assist with submission of VAT returns & submission of refunds request
YOUR PROFILE
The ideal candidate will have the following profile:
- Working experience in an accounting function
- C1 English level is a must, further languages are beneficial
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
