Envision Employment Solutions is currently hiring a Junior Controller on behalf of one of our partners, a European leader in the solar energy sector.

This role is a dynamic mix of controlling, accounting, and auditing — ideal for someone who is both detail-oriented and proactive.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate closely with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and data consistency
- Support automation efforts for cost tracking and financial analysis using Excel and SQL
- Assist in documenting finance processes and delivering training across teams
- Collaborate across finance functions to ensure smooth communication and transparency
- Contribute to compliance and audit preparation as needed
Requirements
- Fluent in English (C1 level required)
- German language is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or General Ledger Controlling
- Strong comfort level with financial data and numbers
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Analytical and hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Experience with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), is a strong plus
- Previous experience in a Western multinational or payer-oriented co
