Junior Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator to join our growing operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in logistics, inventory, shipping, and supply chain coordination within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating daily logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and transportation
  • Communicate with suppliers, warehouses, and internal departments to track and follow up on shipments
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all import/export and delivery processes
  • Monitor inventory levels and support stock movement planning
  • Help manage delivery schedules and resolve delays or issues with logistics partners
  • Prepare and maintain reports on supply chain performance, stock availability, and lead times
  • Work closely with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Support in optimizing logistics and supply chain processes for cost-efficiency and speed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, shipping, or supply chain functions.
  • Advanced English (written and spoken) is a must
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics-related systems (ERP knowledge is a plus)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
