To provide project management with accurate and timely project time and cost reports, verifying actual activities timeline against planed and cost performance against plan, and identifying areas of potential Time/budget overrun requiring corrective action
Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- To provide time schedule and cost control reports
- To update Cost Breakdown Structure according to existing cost estimates
- To verify work progress status updating cost documentation and allocate costs to the right cost elements
- To update procurement and contract plans
- To perform earned value analysis
- To assure/develop and maintain all cost reports feeding in cost reporting systems (supported by software tools).
- To prepare and update activities time schedule
- To verify work progress status updating time schedule and allocating corrective actions if any
